You have to open an account to purchase products. No transactions will be made using the website. Once an account is made, you can email or phone your order in.

It depends on the volume of the day. Usually, we can have it out in two to five days.

Yes, we can cut them for watches, pendants, earrings, lockets, rings, etc.

No, the crystal will be sealed/fitted properly, but we do not test for waterproofing.

No, sorry, we are strictly a wholesaler for watchmakers, jewelers, and hobbyists.

Use your regular USPS postage, do not use a private shipping company (FedEx or UPS). You will be charged for any customs or duties.

No, we are strictly a mail-in company. We will not accept any items brought to the shipping address.
